This whimsical eatery’s Lobster Pop Tarts are a savory play on the popular toaster pastry and feature Maine lobster, gruyere and Pernod Mornay sauce baked in flakey phyllo pastry served tableside in a retro toaster with Tabasco hollandaise and tarragon aioli.
The restaurant also creates lobster truffle mac and cheese. For desserts they serve Big Top Cotton Candy an over the top popcorn surprise and Carnival Fun Cakes made with golden funnel cakes with fun dipping sauces of chocolate, strawberry, caramel spiced powedered sugar & fresh whipped cream.

Executive Chef Ernesto Uchimura (the founding chef of Umami Burger) makes leathers to put between buns at Plan Check Kitchen + Bar in Los Angeles and Culver City. His classic hamburgers are served with a modernist approach wiht dehydrated squares of ketchup and sriracha. The consistency is similar to a fruit roll-up.
Other fun food items on the menu include Beer Nuts that are sweet, salty, and wasabi flavored. The Cruller Donuts are cooked to order and served with cream and fruit.
