Mauston, WI: A diamond in the rough

Founded in 1887 and named after its patriarch Milton Maugh, Mauston Wisconsin is a diamond in the rough of western nostalgia and small town comfort. Mauston is a wonderful experience, in wildlife, natural beauty and community unity. In 2019 Mauston began to reveal the fruits of it arjuous labor to blend its old town feel with modern accomodations and this article will highlight some of Mauston's most welcoming new features.
