The Four Seasons Hotel in Las VegasNevada is located within the Mandalay Bay Complex which includes “The Hotel”, “MandalayBay” and the Four Seasons occupying floors 35-39 of the MandalayBay’s 43 floors.

The Four Seasons has 337 Guest Rooms and 71 Suites.  Guests enter the Hotel through a private elevator in the lobby that does not go to any of the MandalayBay floors.  This is a non-gaming hotel (No Casino) and entirely non-smoking.  The Four Seasons is the perfect Family Hotel Destination offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the strip. Families love the Four Seasons because they have complete access to the Mandalay Resorts 11 acre water recreation area which consists of 3 pools, including the “wave pool”, “LazyRiver”, and “MandalayBayBeach”. In addition guest of the Four Seasons can opt for a more private pool experience in their own pools not available to anyone other than Four Seasons guests.
