Even though English is pretty much the lingua franca in almost every corner of the world and the technology is continually amazing us with its advancement; there is little that can compete with roaming the Parisian streets speaking french.

The French language is quite formal, so one has to always remember to be polite and address people accordingly. Just be sure to say 'hello' before speaking to someone; and a 'thank you' when you're done.

You could broaden out your article by adding some information about and photos of France or by adding comparable phrases in other languages like German and Spanish as well.
Thanks for the info. I especially like the phonetic translation of the words. I did not realize that French was such a formal language but it makes sense
