Amazing Abu Dhabi, city is located at the crossroads of Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Abu Dhabi, (أبوظبي, In Arabic) is also called as the international capital for its fascinating culture, luxury, adventure and Arabian hospitality. This city is a great place to plan for a holiday as it offers many attractions to see and plenty of events & activities happening throughout the year. Abu Dhabi is the media and entertainment hub in the emirates. The city has a great variety of visiting places including iconic architecture, scenic coastline and wild desert.

Weather in this part of the word is sub-tropical, hot temperature can be expected most of the year. Flights operated by major airlines departing from Kuwait to Abu Dhabi may approximately take 1 hour 40 minutes to travel. Arabic is the official local language and English is also widely spoken as most business transactions are conducted in English. Though local currency is the UAE Dirham, credit cards such as Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Diners Club are widely accepted.

The mosque is open daily for visitors but Friday time is restricted. Guided one hour tour operators are available who can explain the architectural marvels of the mosque.

Etihad Towers

Eitihad Towers are located in the most desirable beachside of Al Ras Al Akhdar district of Abu Dhabi. This five tower complex is one more benchmark for luxurious accommodation in Abu Dhabi. This complex has three residential towers and five-star Jumeirah at Etihad Towers hotel. It also offers an observation deck at 300 meters for beautiful view of cityscape and island.

Al Jahili Fort

A summer residence Sheikh Zayed the first, is largest and beautifully restored castle in Al Ain district. This fort houses a visitor information center and it is a focal point of activities associated with Arabian culture and heritage. It also hosts outdoor cultural events and has wider exhibition spaces. The fort is open for visitors all the week except on Monday.

Wildlife watching

Sir Bani Yas Island is a home to rare animals and trees. This island also hosts a bird sanctuary. This park covers the area of 87 kilometers across the city and can be explored through a jeep safari. Go for a desert safari to see the Arabian Oryx, gazelles and cheetahs.

Go for shopping in the beautiful malls in the city. Many people visit Abu Dhabi to go for shopping as there is no sales tax in the city. There are many other places across Abu Dhabi such as Yas Viceroy, Capital Gate, Qasr Al Hosn, Al Bahar Towers, Masdar City, Aldar HQ and many more.
