I'm not a European; I believe I should clarify that before I give my answer.
Right now, I wouldn't say it's the best choice to make. First of all, the immigrants, despite the Europeans effort to accept them, are overflowing said continent, so I don't really think the migration process is going to be easy lately. Things weren't great because of this.
And then you add the fact that Britain just separated from the EU, and even if you go to live in a country that is not associated with the EU (which is unlikely), this has had several repercussions in the economy and other aspects, including social and, of course, political.
This is only my opinion in the matter. I am no expert, as I said, I'm not even a European. The fact that your question sounds more like a life-changing decision makes me want to end my answer with the following: do what you feel is right and would be better for you.
