Praia Azeda - From Praia dos Ossos you can take a water taxi or walking trough a path to this incredible beach with crystal clear and calm waters. Together with its neighbor, the Azedinha, the Azeda beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil.

Praia da Tartaruga has the warmest waters of Buzios. This beach is a good place to spend a day, even if you are with kids. There are also good places to snorkeling and to scuba diving.

Praia da Ferradura is one of the most visited Buzios beaches. With waters usually cold for the Brazilian standards, the Ferradura beach offers many water activities. There are several bars with delicious appetizers on the left corner.

From a path starting at the left corner of Geribá beach you can walk to Ferradurinha, a beach with fine white sand in a beautiful bay with calm waters.

Praia Brava is a beautiful and preserved beach. Located in a bay open to the ocean and surrounded by mountains this beach is sought by surfers and people looking for relax. At a corner there is a path that leads to the nudist beach Olho de Boi.

One of the most famous beaches in Buzios is Praia de Geribá. Beautiful landscape, a lot of sun-tanned people and waves for surfing along the beach; in the Geribá beach you will be in touch with the young people during the day and get to know about the parties that will happen at night. There you will also find surf lessons.

Praia da Armação is a beach with over 1 mile that runs along Buzios downtown. With little sand area, the highlight stay with the charming Orla Bardot (the beachfront edge) that is ideal to walking or reading. From this edge you can watch two bronze statues: one on the sidewalk pavement in honor of Brigitte Bardot, that put Buzios on the media in 1960's, and the other at the beach in honor of the fishermen.

At this beach there is the pier, where tourists board for boat trips and scuba dive tours and where tourists of several cruise ships land during the Brazilian summer.
