I don't remember the name of it, but it was a tiny beach near my hotel on the Big Island in Hawaii. It was surrounded by giant lava rocks and was sort of secluded and private. The water was crystal clear and you could just dive in and swim with the turtles and fish. I would loveeee to go back smile

I have been to many beautiful beaches and the one in Corsica is the beach of St. Julia where i was fascinated. The first time i jump in the crystal clear water, i told to my husband " wow as of i am in the swimmingpool!! the fine sand which you could see doens't move as of i am stepping on a cemented floor, the water is so calm, the temperature is perfect.

When I was in Hong Kong I hiked over this mountain ride with my girlfriend and some friends to a small coastal town on the other side(called Shek O). We went to this awesome beach after we got there incredibly exhausted. The sand was amazingly soft and it was sundown so it was beautiful and relaxing. The beach was just incredible, and it was much quieter than the one we went to earlier that day. We then ate dinner at this delicious restaurant with black lights. Best day ever big_smile

The best beach that I have been to was on the Island of St. Thomas in the Caribbean.  When I am trying to think of calm peaceful places this is where I imagine being.  The turquoise water, clean white sand and perfect temperatures make me want to go back again.

I was young when I went, but it was in California and I can't remember which beach. But it was a dreary day and when we got to the beach we where the only ones there and it was misting ever so slightly. The ocean was grey and so was the sky-I just remember being at peace, it was so quiet and I felt like one with nature. That was the best beach to me smile

I once went on a little vacation to Oahu's North shore in Hawaii.  I share how we came to go there in January of one year.  We had a nice relaxing time with no real agenda.  We just enjoyed the island so much. read more
