Here's Spring

Updated on October 5, 2012

This Is Spring

This lens is just about the season of Spring. I like spring because everything starts to grow, new baby animals arrive, the birds come back, and things just start turning green and beautiful.

Last year, we started a vegetable garden for my son, and we'll be doing that again this year. I also have my own flower planting to think of. Although gardening is one of the best things about spring, I'll try to show here, some other things that are great about Spring.

What Else Is Great About Spring?

So, other than gardening, what else can you do in spring?

Think Easter, kids playing outside, Mother's Day, fishing, hiking, baseball games, warmer weather, and the end of cabin fever.

I know that in my family, we start grilling outdoors, and take my son to the zoo, and have a bonfire or two. I'm sure there are a lot of other things that can be done this time of year. I can only base my opinions on the stuff I'm familiar with. Whatever you do in Spring, I hope you love it, and make the most of the "season of renewal."

Let me know you were here. I love visitors!

Don't Forget To Say "Hi!"

OMG! I was just thinking this very thing, "Here's Spring!" I'm sitting in my home office glancing out the back window, watching the squirrels zip through the yard ... and then BAM! a bluejay hit the window, bounced off, and was found in the cat's bowl eating the cat food? I can hear the birds chirping, "geebee geebee" ... ah, Spring has alighted!
