Passion Exploration-First Timers.
High school could probably be one of the best times in anyone’s life. There was so much that could be experienced during those four years that we wish it wouldn't end.
During high school is when we experience most of our “firsts”; first kiss, first out of town trip with friends, first cigarette, first bottle of beer, and our first house party.
For some of us, these are the things that sum up our high school life because everything had such a lasting impact on our lives but for others; they would just want to forget and wish there was a do over.
Regardless, these life-changing moments have helped mold us into who we are today. Moreover, high school is when our parents expect us to have an idea as to what we want to be in the future. This is the time they start bugging us with our plans after graduation.
They suddenly expect us to act like a grown-up and start deciding for ourselves. Although this freedom, which we have yearned for, might be the best thing that could happen to some of us it can be the most frightening thing to others.
The transition between high school and college is possibly one of the hardest things any of us will experience in our lives. Most of us who have enjoyed our carefree high school life will probably and most of the time, wish that we could turn back time.
On the other side, entering college could possibly open our eyes to things we could only imagine before but of course before any of us can enter university we must first be able to choose a course. Again, this is a hard thing to do most especially if you still have no idea as to what you want to be in the future.
For some, this requires no effort since they have already found their passion but for most people, this decision could make or destroy them.
If you have a passion, it is advisable that you follow it. There are certain things in life that you know deep inside you that it is what you were meant to pursue. You do this in spite of the circumstances despite the opposition you might face.
At the end of the day, you will always be inclined to do something that is related to your passion because it is what brings you happiness and fulfillment.
Cliché as it may seem but it would definitely impact your life greatly because of how contented you will be with the things you were able to do. Your passion is what would make working not seem like work at all.
On the other hand, if you are the type who still does not know what path to follow then you probably have some serious thinking to do. Sometimes, there are things that do not come easily to a person and this could probably be one of those things.
Now let us say that you are in college slowly trying to get the hang of it, this is probably the best time to explore new things.
In any college or university, there will always be organizations that specialize in a particular skill, hobby, or belief. These groups aim to cater to the needs of the student body with regards to things that they are interested in.
It has always been advisable for new students to engage in such activities because this will ease the transition into entering a new environment.
There is also a high probability of meeting new people where you can establish new relationships because of the amount of time you will be spending with them. This is always a good thing but do remember to know your priorities; it is that studies should always come first before anything else.
Nonetheless, joining these organizations will enable you to somehow find what you are into while still giving you the opportunity to explore other ideas. Most of the time, it is through these experiences that people find their passion.
It would probably be because of its recurring nature and the fact that you get to be with people who enjoy doing the same things. Do not worry if you are not satisfied with one organization; just continue to explore other organizations.
College is a trial and error kind of thing, so feel free to make mistakes as long as you learn from them after.

Do you have any idea of what you are passionate about?
Do not think that you have to have everything figured out in University you can shift courses as much as you want, there is no point in settling on your prior choice if you end up realizing that it is not meant for you.
Do not do things because of pride or spite. Remember to do things for yourself. It’s okay to be a little lost just continue to explore yourself and somehow, someday, you’ll find the right fit for you.
Everyone has something that makes him or her smile from within, something that fills his or her eyes with light the moment he or she talks about it, everyone including you. Passion is inside all of us, seek it.
