Happenings Around Pendleton, SC

Pendleton SC is a small historic town nestled in the foothills of the Upstate. With a population inside the town limits of approximately 3,000 people, it is filled with charm and wonderful folks.

This page is intended to keep you informed of events and other news about Pendleton SC. Even though we are a small community, we have a lot going on as you can see by the listings. I hope that everyone will feel free to let me know of their event or news so I can add it to the list.

Note: I am just a community volunteer and do not work for the town of Pendleton. This is just something that I do on my own. If you need more information about an event, please call the number listed for that event. I just post what I am given. Thank you.

One event flyer will be featured at the top and then continue to scroll for the calendar listings followed by flyers.

Event Flyers are posted below the calendar listings so

It was a delight to visit Pendleton once again through your lens. I do believe you have added a few things since I was here last. I was thinking that this is kind of a lensography of your Pendleton lens all in one nice place, a happy place for sure. I see its 70 F there today, kind of a cool day. I don't think we ever did get summer in Fargo this year, a teaser here and there. The weather pattern has been different to say the least, but I like it on the cool side for being outdoors. ~ Hope the Farmers Market is a lot of fun and I see Peeps is one I'll be checking out to see what you are up to. ~ Best wishes always!!!

This lens is a perfect example of how a small town with no newspaper of its own - can keep in touch with the community! I love it!

I loved the 2008 Fall Festival. You did a good job with your first youtube, Ohme. My favorite things about the festival were the amazing raptors, the wonderful plants, the FOOD, the music, the dancing, the weather, and of course Split Creek Farm products. Thanks for the great job you are doing for Pendleton. Remember the MTM Motto: LIVE OUT LOUD!!!

Thank you, Margo, for letting me know to change the settings so my videos would work. I am learning something new everyday thanks to all you wonderful people on Squidoo.

The first vid with Lou Robinson is no longer available, but I literally felt the down home countryness of the Pendleton Festival. I love the bulldog mascot, although it has a suspiciously close resemblance to the Georgia Bulldog, I forgive you that!lol. Nice going and keep it up.
