Pendleton, SC Happenings
Town of Pendleton, SC
Happenings Around Pendleton, SC
Pendleton SC is a small historic town nestled in the foothills of the Upstate. With a population inside the town limits of approximately 3,000 people, it is filled with charm and wonderful folks.
This page is intended to keep you informed of events and other news about Pendleton SC. Even though we are a small community, we have a lot going on as you can see by the listings. I hope that everyone will feel free to let me know of their event or news so I can add it to the list.
Note: I am just a community volunteer and do not work for the town of Pendleton. This is just something that I do on my own. If you need more information about an event, please call the number listed for that event. I just post what I am given. Thank you.
One event flyer will be featured at the top and then continue to scroll for the calendar listings followed by flyers.
Event Flyers are posted below the calendar listings so

Scouting in Pendleton
Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts
NOTE: It is our belief that all boys should have the opportunity to participate in Cub Scouts. Money is tight for everyone, and we do no want finances to be the reason that a boy is denied participating in our events. If you would like to be considered for financial assistance, please complete the FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE REQUEST and submit it to April at the next meeting. (Form can be found on the web-site, or available directly from April) We have resources at the Pack, Chartering Organization, and District Levels in which you may qualify for assistance.
Cub Scouts Pack 94 meets every Tuesday evening at 7pm at the Pendleton United Methodist Church. Everyone is welcome to come out and check us out. We are looking for anyone who may want to try out a Leadership role with Scouts between the ages of 7-11. If you know of a boy almost turning 7 and would like to try their hand at the Cub Scouts by all means come on out and take a look around. Feel free to email me anytime, Chris Slice - Adrastos2626@hotmail.com
See you Tuesday at the Pack meeting!
The Keenage Choir of First Baptist Church would like to invite senior adults from other churches to join in their mission. This group meets weekly for rehearsal on Mondays at 1:00 PM.
