Updated on December 5, 2015

Knowing Taxco, Guerrero

Taxco is a town in the state of Guerrero in Mexico and has a strong mining tradition since the time of the Spanish colony. This city is built on a hill so its streets are narrow and steep. Its architecture is of colonial appearance and several of its characteristic buildings as the Church of Santa Prisca are made of quarry.
