Spiritual tours and travel

Updated on February 12, 2013

Waiting to exhale?

Love is what we are born with. Fear is what we have learned here. The spiritual Journey is the unlearning of fear and the acceptance of love back into our hearts - Marianne Williamson

In a world where we are overwhelmed by the constant bombardment of technology, responsibilities and relentless pursuit of our goals, it is critical that we regularly take some time to step back from our day to day lives and objectively re-access where we are on our life-path, who we have become, and more importantly, who we choose to be in the future.

At Spiritual Quest Journeys, we believe that there is no better way to do this, than to explore both our outer and inner worlds. Our transformational journeys of discovery explore ancient sacred sites, mystical and magical locations, fascinating places, holistic wellness centers and retreats around the world. Most importantly, we recognize that time away is hard earned vacation time and our tours are imbued with a sense of excitement, adventure and fun.

As spiritual travelers ourselves, we acknowledge the importance of a well balanced tourism offering, and each itinerary is carefully designed to offer a subtle blend of seamless destination management; inter-connectedness with the earth, exploration of the area and culture; personal development, relaxation and integration time; ceremonies and meditations; group consciousness support and guidance; and something unique and exclusive. In essence, unique travel experiences that an individual would be hard pressed to create on their own.

To assist the inner journey, we offer spiritual counseling, as in one-way or another we are all on a Spiritual Quest Journey in our day to day lives. A Quest is a search or pursuit in order to find or obtain something and the root word of question. When we are willing to question during our journey, we will always find our way.

In order to question, we need to find the courage to move out of our comfort zone and when we ask the big questions: who am I? Why am I here? What do I want in my life? What should my next step be? Change is inevitable.

All Spiritual Quests begin with a desire to find more meaning and fulfillment in our personal lives. We are here to fulfill our divine destinies through the experiences and lessons we create and the relationships we surround ourselves with. What we do with this life is up to us!

So if you are waiting to exhale or looking for an amazing life changing experience, explore our website or contact us for a custom made sojourn or a spiritual counseling session.

What is spiritual travel?

When you invest in Spiritual Travel - you always get back richer

Spirituality is natural, universal and possessed by all humans. We embrace this culture of Spirituality, rather than any specific faith or religion.

In essence, spiritual travel is a more meaningful and rewarding travel experience and spiritual journeys are undertaken by people who are: searching for meaning and purpose in their lives through self discovery; facing a crossroads; wanting to reconnect with the natural environment through understanding inter-connectivity with the earth and global consciousness on a deeper level or quite simply looking to explore destinations more intensely.

This search cannot be bought, exchanged or given - it can only be experienced and discovered by the individual. When you step out of your comfort zone, away from the pressures of modern living, and consciously explore other lands, cultures and beliefs systems, your spiritual growth is guaranteed. As always, you should focus on the journey rather than the destination.

Conscious spiritual experiential tourism allows us to explore more deeply, open our hearts, broaden our minds and form deep connections with like-minded travelers. Spiritual Quest Journeys believes that to experience is to grow and is committed to facilitating empowering and transforming adventures where travelers are able to release old limiting beliefs and fear and return blissfully living from the heart

My spiritual journey is ongoing as my lenses testify because I have full memory of reincarnation and have done extensive research into human belief systems and old rituals to try to understand why people believe what they do. This is a good lens and it is now blessed and featured on Blessed by Skiesgreen 2012. Hugs

All my journeys are spiritual, because my life is a spiritual journey. Having said that, I might as well journey someplace fun! Malta goddesses sound way cool. Welcome to Squidoo.

Thinking of getting into a pilgrimage in Compostela. I enjoyed a trip to Assisi. There is more meaning when there is a spiritual connection to one's travel.

This is interesting. I've been thinking for a while that we should offer 'retreat' holidays at our gurest house and holiday cottage in Limousin, S W France. It's so quiet and calm here that I'm sure it would be lovely for someone who would like total rest. Also we are on a major pilgrim route and on top of that Limousin is a great place for traditional healers and healing water springs. What do you think? Would it be an attractive proposition?
