Welcome to the Wall Community Library!

Happy Summer! It's the perfect time to grab a book from the Wall Library and find a comfortable place where you can unwind and read.

Just for the summer we have access to TumbleBooks Graphic novels. Click here to find a graphic novel to read.

  • SEARCH the library catalog and databases from home. Click here to get started.
  • Can't find the book you've been looking for? Stop by the library and let us help.
  • COMPUTERS - Need to check your email? We have three public Internet-enabled computers for you to use.
  • WIFI - Have your own laptop? Access a high-speed DSL wireless connection from the library, compliments of Golden West Telecommunications.
  • Looking for a fun and educational activity for the kids? Storytime is held Fridays at 9:00 am.
  • Bring in your favorite e-reader and we'll help you checkout e-books and downloadable audiobooks from the Library.
  • BOOK CLUB MEETING Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at 6 pm. For the August meeting, no books necessary - we will be watching and discussing a TED talk. For the September meeting, you can prepare by reading books by Bill Bryson. Join us!
  • LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING, Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at 6 pm at the Library.

Downloadable Audiobooks and E-books Are Here!

Use your Wall library card to check one out today . . .

Do you have an e-book reader (Kindle, Nook, iPad, iPhone, iPod and more) or do you like to listen to audiobooks while you're on the go? Then you're in luck. The Wall Library now supports downloadable books through South Dakota Titles To Go. Here's how to get started.

(1) Click here to go to the website.

(2) Click the "Sign in" button in the top right side of your screen.

(3) Select the Wall Community Library from the list.

Check here to see if your device is supported. (It probably is as the list is quite long).

If you are looking for a book or need a question answered, stop by your library and we will do our best to help. We have lots of resources to help you!

Consider all the things your community library has to offer:

Come to Story Time on Fridays at 9 am where kids and their caregivers can spend time together reading and enjoying a fun craft project.

A monthly Book Club meeting happens the third Wednesday of each month at 6 pm. We will be alternating watching and discussing TED talks and reading books. Please join us!

Download e-books for your favorite e-reader, or come in and check out a book the old-fashioned way. We are always ordering your favorite new books.

Need a little computer time? Use our free public computers, and free Wi-Fi with your own device or computer.

Storytime at the Library

Fridays at 9 am . . .

Bring the kids to storytime and they'll enjoy listening to a couple of books and then join in an arts and crafts activity.

If you're a parent or a caregiver, you'll have a relaxing hour and a chance to visit with other adults while your children read and play.
