I have a wonderful husband and six fantastic children, two adorable grandchildren, and two more on the way. I am very involve with my family and my religion (a Latter-day Saint Christian).
I have a passion for health. Taking charge of my health is very important to me. I want to empower others to make the necessary changes in their lives to enjoy a life of abundant health and wealth.
