The Ebbing and Flowing Of My Heart.
Hello one and all well this past week has been hectic to say the least but so glad to be back today.
Last week I had two dentist appointments in the Seaside town of Aberystwyth so as well as the obvious I used the time to also take a walk along the promenade and beach.

The picture above brought back so many wonderful memories as this is where in 2001 I began working with The Youth Offending Team and our offices were on the second floor .
I made many friends here and left Aberystwyth in 2002 to run a Bail Hostel for Young Offenders three miles from where I live now and I worked there for six years.
