Thanks for for dropping by, I guess as you're here you're interested in food and weight control and diets right? So am I!
But I don't like diets, the kind where you're not allowed bread, or chocolate or wine or any of those good things that bring enjoyment and satisfaction. I like good, healthy, tasty food that fits in with what I like to eat yet not lead to excess weight.
I believe that we can all eat a satisfying and well balanced diet to maintain a healthy weight.
Todays diet and weight obsessed culture can lead to crash dieting, yo-yo dieting and in extreme cases, even in children, to more serious eating disorders. My aim is to promote a healthy eating pattern that is not only sustainable for the long term , but enjoyable too.
