Hi! Thank you for stopping by. I have been interested in Health and Wellness for many years. In fact, I recently (in 2013) received my Bachelors degree in Health and Wellness from Kaplan University,  graduating Summa cum Laude in January 2013. I have a couple of blogs I keep updated with news and information on easy ways to get and stay healthier, as well as a wellness site with links to valuable resources for people interested in health improvement and maintenance. Since I am a single Mom, I have always been a yardsale, estate sale, and thrift store shopper so naturally that led into my Laceylinks on Etsy store where I give you the opportunity to find good quality and hard-to-find vintage and mid-century items if that is your decorating style.
