I like to eat. My recipes are mostly what I would consider comfort food. My recipes are not unnessesarily difficult or unhealthy. I care more about good food cooked right than great pan sauces. My recipes should be easy enough for the average cook to try at home and none of them should be prohibitively expensive. This is how I eat.
