ARE HAARP AND CHILE, HAITI EARTHQUAKES CONNECTED?

As sovereign units on this planet of our choice we are responsible to know everything that is going on around us.

By educating ourselves, not only on what is in front of our eyes, but what is being hidden will change whether we survive.

We need now to be multi faceted and become the spiritual, awake and aware warriors that we chose to be when we undertook this adventure on this particular planet at this particular time.

Re qualify your choice and open your eyes and minds wider for all of the information and knowledge is there to be seen, if you dare to look............one of the rules of the game is that all of the information must be in the public.....it is but many minds have blinkers which do not allow your eyes to see.

If you are alive on this planet at this particular time you are part of this game, play it well, play it with all you have. True power will always overcome force.

We need more people in their power and being informed is part of that equation. People who are still asleep cannot play a part in our surge of healing electro magnetic wave to counteract Haarp. Being able to Say No to haarp in your own thinking and feeling can affect what is going on. Remember HigherPower/vibration will always defeat force. If you ignore because you do not want to see what is going on you remain part of the problem!

Also at this point in time it is very powerful to ask the higher beings who are off planet to assist us, they will not be able to assist us unless we ask, for thay are not allowed to go against our free will.

 On Monday [January 11, 2010, a day before the earthquake], Jean Demay, DISA's technical manager for the agency's Transnational Information Sharing Cooperation project, happened to be at the headquarters of the U.S. Southern Command in Miami preparing for a test of the system in a scenario that involved providing relief to Haiti in the wake of a hurricane. After the earthquake hit on Tuesday [January 12, 2010], Demay said SOUTHCOM decided to go live with the system. On Wednesday [January 13, 2010], DISA opened up its All Partners Access Network, supported by the Transnational Information Sharing Cooperation project, to any organization supporting Haiti relief efforts.

Other than being blamed for earthquakes, HAARP has also been associated with weather anomalies that cause floods, droughts and hurricanes.

Some sources have even linked the 7.8 magnitude quake that shook the Chinese city of Sichuan in May 12, 2008 with the program.

Allegations have been made that since the late 1970’s, the US has ‘greatly advanced’ the state of its earthquake weapons to the point where it is now utilizing devices that employ a Tesla Electromagnetic Pulse, Plasma and Sonic technology, along with ’shockwave bombs.’

Russia has accused the US military of employing such devices in Afghanistan to trigger the devastating 7.2 magnitude earthquake that hit the country back in March, 2002.

In the mid-1990s the Russian State Duma issued a press release on HAARP, which was signed by 90 deputies. The statement said the US was “creating new integral geophysical weapons that may influence the near-Earth medium with high-frequency radio waves.”

“The significance of this qualitative leap could be compared to the transition from cold steel to firearms, or from conventional weapons to nuclear weapons.”

“This new type of weapons differ from previous types in that the near-Earth medium becomes at once an object of direct influence and its component,” the statement explained.

In 1997, US Secretary of Defense William Cohen also expressed concern about activities that “can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.”

The US government, however, has chosen to stick to its position that HAARP is merely a program aimed at analyzing the Earth’s ionosphere for the purpose of developing communications and surveillance technology.
