What is Passive Residual Income?

Passive residual income is an income that does not require your direct, active involvement.

Passive residual income examples: Royalties of books, music or photos, rental income and multi-level marketing are different types of passive residual income.


People that have created several different types of passive income opportunities, have more time to enjoy their life because that do not require their time and leaves them free to activities that give more pleasure.

Passive residual income is a revenue that will come in the future in result of work and time invested only once time. Recurring from customers reordering items or commissions from the sale of affiliate products are two examples of passive income. The sale's commissions from investment or insurance products are also good examples of passive income.

There are many ways to generate a passive residual income and also different types of business models. There are some of these different passive income models that do not requires additional work or time. There are other types of passive income businesses that will require some investment of money or time.

Membership sites - To create his business model is more hard and difficult. You set up a website where people will pay a regular fee, monthly or quarterly, in order to belong to your membership site. These payments will be your future recurring revenue.
