Just Smile

So often the world can be a crappy place. Many days, week, months, and even years can go by and every day you feel overwhelmed with all of the crap, and you never stop to just smile.. Ups and downs, dissapointments, heartaches, confusions, illness, heartbreaks, loses. This can leave us all just living day to day in absolute shock.

Many of us have reached a point where we literally live our lives in permanent shock, frozen like a deer in headlights. Many times so much BS piles up, happens over periods of time, and as resilliant humans we become masters at sweeping all the BS under a rug, and going on about our lives never confronting all the crap that has built up, and continuing to build our existance on a foundation that is literally crumbling beneath our feat. Been there, done it, still do it, even today. It's human. I think it's refered to as survival.

But as difficult as it may seem many times, and actually for the most of us most of the time, it seems almost impossible to just stop for a second, take a deep breath, and smile. Imean really, it's not supposed to be all bad all the time. I think that as humans we almost get so used to crap that we just accept it, and it seems that the more we accept it, the more BS we get. It's almost as though crap says hey theres someone that will not only let us visit, but they will let us stay with them, and then they bring all their other crap buddies, and there best friend BS, and they all latch onto us like leaches, and the only way to run any of them off is to just smile.

So try to stop today, find, and I really mean find something or things to be happy about, and just smile. Yes it can all wait. Tell work to kiss off, tell what ever is holding you back or pushing you down that today is definitely not their day, break free from crap and BS, and just smile.
