Sharpie Sketches
First, and Foremost...
I use nothing but "Sharpie ultra fine point permanent markers" in my sketches. They are the best you can get without spending too much money. They don't bleed, they don't run, and they come in a array of colors. Also, the ultra fine points I use for outlining, and detailing, and I use the fat ones to fill in large areas.
Below is one of those sketches you do thoughtlessly while your on the phone... You know the type! They start out as a squiggly line, and turn into one of your favorites! This one, I call "My Lonely Friend From the Past", and needless to say, it is one of my favorites...
A Playground to Some...
Trace's Tattoo
This next sketch, is an extension idea for a tattoo. If you look at it, you can see arrows, and my chicken-scratching at the bottom... This is because I'm showing the tattoo artist where the original tattoo is, and where I extended it. (Just an idea) The original has no tribal, and only goes down to the top set of teeth. (By the way, I am Trace's sister, if you were wondering who "Trace" is...)

When I'm Bored...
This is what I do when I have nothing else to do... Of course I have to be in the "mood", too. My Lion down below, looks fierce, but in all actuality, Fido is a big baby. Looks like his playtime got interrupted! Under Fido is proof that I get aggrivated! A little secret... When Im mad at my husband, I draw grumpy pics like this, of him... It makes me smile. (Hahaha...jerk.) No, really... It makes him smile, too!
When I'm Bored...
Awww... My HOOTIE!!!
Ah... Hootie...
Here is one of my favorites... I was experimenting one day, doodling cartoons of different sorts, and I thought an owl would be different... My favorite Owl of all time, would be the little mechanic owl, Bubo, on the movie "Clash of the Titans". And Bubo is where I got the idea of "Hootie"... I have my original, 2nd, and 3rd "rough draft" of Hootie here... Isn't he just the cutest???
My "Hootie" Experience...
BUBO!
Playin' Around...
Here, I was playing around with different facial features, which give cartoons different personalities. I was inspired for a few of these... But I won't mention any names... (Hahaha)
And FINALLY... My very own ALIENS! I created these aliens from other "doodles" I had made, so I guess you could say I "morphed" them into what they are today! I actually have over 100 different aliens I have "morphed", and they are ALL my favorites... Maybe someday, I'll put the whole civilization up for everyone to see... For now, this is all you get! It depends on how many people want to see them... I'm having a hard time choosing a good enough background for them, so I will have to finalize that first!
