Kathryn Skaggs (LdsNana-AskMormon)

LDSNana - (Kathryn Skaggs) is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormon). She is also the founder of Latter-Day Saint Women Stand, a community of over 50K active LDS women. Frankly, this Nana has decided to get up out of her rocking chair and speak out about her faith, traditional Marriage, family, Latter-day Saint women and they believe about Jesus Christ.

"I feel that there are way too many misunderstandings about the Latter-day Saint faith... and so I am here to write about that which I know and love in hopes that people will prefer it straight from an average member instead of the many "other" sources which are available, and seemingly whose only purpose is to distort the truth."

LDSNana has been an active member of the Church for over 40 years. Kathryn believes that she has a few things she could teach others who want to learn about her faith.

"I want to make sure more legitimate information about The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is available to those who are curious and want to find answers."

LDSNana is not an official spokesperson for the Church, but she does feel she is very capable in her abilities to offer credible information and insights about her faith to those seeking to know more about Mormonism. She is most certainly aware that there are many places online that you may go to find out things about the Church... but hopes that in some way " I can share with you the blessings that I have come to enjoy as an active, believing member".

"I am not here to contend with anyone about the Mormons or Mormonism, its doctrines, practices or beliefs. My intent is to help others wanting to know and understand more about The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I will, of course, add my personal insights to these beliefs."
