Hi my name is Jay Patel. I live in Atlanta Georgia.I have two kids and wonderful husband .I worked in the medical field for 17 years.I liked taking care of patients but i got so sick and tired of working longer hours,working weekends,and on holidays.So i decided to take control of my health and my wealth.
