I've been working online for roughly 8 years. There are good times, bad times, and even worse times. Nonetheless, I have been able to weather the storm and make more than I ever thought I would.

It isn't for everyone. What I have noticed, is making money online needs a specific type of person to get the job done. There are certain attributes someone must have before he or she can start earning cash from the web. Do you have what it takes to make money online?

Being adventurous, passionate, patient, and willing to learn are just a few of the traits needed to earn cash online. Each trait is vital to the health of a website.

Everyone would love to be able to make money online, but not everyone has what it takes to do so. You can read every book there is about how to make money online but still not have what it takes. One reason for this, is you must already have certain attributes to your personality. Without them, you are a sheep without a shepherd.

Although it is possible to earn money without all of these attributes, having them will allow for a much easier process. These personality traits will give you a huge advantage over your competition. If you are adventurous, passionate, patient and willing to learn you are already 10 steps ahead of others just starting out.

The most important thing to remember when trying to make money online is that it can be a long process. If you are not willing to wait months, even years before you see any return, I recommend trying a different strategy to earn your cash.

Here are a few reasons why these personality traits are important to the online world.

• Being adventurous allows you to find unexplored niches and find new ways of earning cash. It also helps when you want to try something new and creative. As well, it comes in handy when failures come your way. If you are adventurous, you can handle the downfalls as well as the successes. Try and try again and don't be afraid! Be adventurous!
• Being passionate about a subject will allow you to not become bored of an activity. If there is a subject you are passionate about you can work hard and have fun doing it. This will allow you when you have to work longer and give more information than someone not passionate about their subject.
• Being patient will allow you to continue working until you make money. Making money online is a long process and can take months before you see any actual return. If you can stick with it, you already beat 95% of your competitors. Frankly speaking, most people have to wait at least 6 months before they see any sort of return on the investment of their time and money.
• Being willing to learn will allow you to give out the newest and best information possible. Not even professors know everything there is to their own subject, so I doubt you do. If you can learn, you can earn.
