The US Masters 2011
Most of the worlds media attention this week has been on the much anticipated return of Tiger Woods to the US Professional Golf Tour and in particularly to the US Masters Golf Championship held at Augusta this weekend. The questions range from being asked are How will he perform to his relationship with his current wife and children? Will the public downfall from grace from his off field indiscretions seriously affect is game. In fact it has already been stated that the the US Masters Golf Tournament at Augusta National Golf Course in Georgia 2010 is the most talked about and written about Golf Tournament in the History of the game.
Over here at Hub-pages all the talk is about well the '30 Day Challenge' and the Writing Contest. How it was conceived. Each one of the participants has put out a mission statement dubious or otherwise about what they want to achieve in the 60 day challenge and beyond. Whilst the states are not so high as they are for Tiger Woods and all of his loyal sponsors and fans neverethe less the 2011 30 day hub challenge is going to be quite a marathon effort for all particpants.
The final day at the 2011 Augusta US Master Golf tournament one can say was one of the most exciting on record at the second back nine no less than eight players were in contention with four or even five tied with the same 10 under par score. Three Australia players right up until the last hole could have competed in a playoff to see who was the winners. Au's Adam Scott & Jason Day both Queensland's finished in a tie for second place.
