Quite some time ago HP said they wanted to put one of my articles on a niche site but I needed to do some work on it. I'm ready to resubmit it so it can go to the niche site. Do I need to notify someone that I've fixed it and it's ready to be considered for the niche site or do I just republish without saying anything.
