HOW TO SCORE GOOD MARKS IN EXAM WITH MINIMUM STUDY
Here I am going to tell you one important secret. The way to score maximum marks in exam with minimum effort! Many students complain that they spend lots of time for study but fail to get good marks in exams. This is because, they are not utilising the time effectively.
There are some easy method to utilise your time effectively and to study well. First of all you should be determined to study. This is the most important part. So take initiative by yourself to achieve something in life.
You may be a regular student in some school or college or attending some tuition classes. You will be spending most of the time in your day at school/college. Generally a class starts at 10.00 in the morning. You will be attending 4 to 5 lectures per day with each lecture being less than one hour duration. The next step to score good mark is to utilize the time gap between subsequent lectures. Suppose the first lecture is from 10.00 AM to 10.55 AM. Your lecturer leaves the class at 10.55 AM and the next lecturer will be coming at 11.05 AM. The 10 minute free time between these two lectures is the most important part to score good marks. Let us divide this 10 minute into 3 parts, say 4 minutes, 3 minutes and 3 minutes. In the first 4 minutes you should try to memorise the portion thought by your lecturer in the previous one hour. Just go through the lecture note taken by you in the previous one hour (Make a habit of preparing good lecture notes!). Make sure that you understood all portions discussed in previous lecture. Four minute will be enough to memorise everything at this stage, as some matter discussed in the class is already there in your mind. As per researches about human brain, the brain will store more data if you revise the topics immediate after the lecture. In the next 3 minutes, just relax or make your mind fresh. In the final 3 minutes just go through the portion discussed by lecturer going to come for next lecture, in the previous days lecture and recollect the matter discussed in last lecture. This will help you to get continuity in subject and understand the portion easily. Continue this activity in every 10 minutes gap between two lectures. If the time gap is not 10 minutes, you split it in to 2 or 3 parts convenient to you. The most important step to score good mark is over! This looks very simple, right?
The next step you have to do is to spend some time in the evening to revise the portion discussed in that day. Two to three hour may be enough to complete the home assignments given by your lecturer and to revise the portion discussed in one day. Continue this every day. In the final step, you have to find some time in the weekends to revise the portions studied in last one week. Spend three to four hour time in Saturday or Sunday for this purpose. Remember, the more you revise something, the more time it will be stored in your brain. That’s all! Now you don’t have to spend more time during exams. You have already revised the portions two to three times; you will not take much time to recollect everything.
So my friend, try these tips from today itself and tell me the result. All the best!
