Imagination and thinking are important aspects to spark your intelligence and creativity. Human brain is something that is responsible for holding your memory and allowing you to plan, think, and imagine. Using your brain in the right way helps you gain strength over the thinking process and gives you a greater benefit in your imagination, and your creativity. To make good use of your brain it is important to keep on polishing it with few must follow tips and habits which will help you enhance your abilities of thinking and learning as well as improving your productivity levels.

EXERCISE:

It might sound a difficult thing to do to many but exercise really helps in improving your productivity and intelligence levels. Exercise is a big source of creating energy in your body. It helps clears up your mind and gives you a fresh renewed feeling. You feel re-energized and also can concentrate more on the tasks at hand in a far better way.

READ, READ AND READ:

Reading has always been considered a good habit as it facilitates in improving your thinking, knowledge, and gives you a great learning experience. Unfortunately this reading habit is dying very quickly and many people are now, not that much eager to read.

However, reading is a great mental stimulant. Reading good, challenging books helps you concentrate and focus on the aspects of life. You learn about new notions, ideas, and viewpoints that greatly help you in improvising your thinking. Books in fact are the wisest of counselors and are very easily accessible. Reading therefore can be a good habit to follow if you really want to work on improving your intelligence levels and be as dynamic as you can be.

TELEVISION VIEWING:

A much lesser time spending in front of television helps. For all the couch potatoes this is not going to be a much appreciated thing but that really helps. Although there are great amount of things to learn from television programs itself but still too much television viewing takes up much amount of your time. It also doesn’t help in recharging your mind enough nor does it enables to use the great mental capacity you possess. Television in fact drains your energy and puts a great strain on your eyes thus making you tired. So minimizing the amount of time you spend in front of television can be very beneficial for your brainpower.

THE SLEEP DEPRIVATION:

Getting a proper sleep is a must thing to do to keep yourself fresh and hence improving your productivity levels. The best thing to follow is the early to bed early to rise routine. Staying up till late and then waking up late is not a good thing to do as being followed by many people these days.This habit makes you lethargic and affects your energy levels. Not only this, a sleep deprived mind finds it hard to concentrate on anything. A proper required sleep for a human body is essential to keep your intellect sharp.

THINK AND REFLECT:

The process of analyzing, questioning and reconsidering is a best thing to do. This reflection on your thoughts helps you concentrate on all the nagging issues and the factors that stress you much in your life. With a little time focusing on what goes on in your mind helps a great deal in prioritizing and organizing your thoughts. You can learn which issue is more important enough to be dealt first and which is the one about which you should not worry much. This little time helps you free your mind and you feel less burdened and more relieved.

SOCIALIZE MORE:

Going out, meeting people, making new friends and interacting with as many people as you can really helps in improving your mental capacity. You get to learn about new things and new ideas from other people thus greatly affecting your own thinking. This habit can be an eye opener for you as you get to know about many things and you learn to adapt to the ideas and thinking of others.


To increase your intelligence and productivity levels, all the above explained simple and easy to follow habits can enhance and help in great mental activity and will also improve your productivity levels. With a little bit of effort on adding these habits as a part of daily routine, you can bring in the desired change in your lifestyle thus ultimately noticing a stark improvement in you and your scale of intelligence.
