Effect of Laughter!

Laughter is the best medicine in this world.

When we meet our friends/family, we are so happy and we laugh our heart out. That evening, when we are surrounded by laughter and happiness, we feel so fulfilled and content. Our problems in Life at that moment come to a stand still.

How does that happen?

Our tense muscles which were aching before we met our friends/family get loose due to the release of endorphins. Our Stress level goes down, this in turn increases immunity in our body. Our lungs get lots of oxygen and this immense supply of air to our body nurtures the organs of our body by making them function well. Laughter has improved the function of blood vessels and has increased the blood flow in our body. We have a fun filled evening.

Next day when the sun rises. We wake up with happy thoughts and reminiscence the evening with our friends/family. Gradually as the day sets in, we start to think of the problems that haunt us which we are not able to gain control of.

We gradually start to think of the problems which make us dull and we start agonizing over them. The evening that we had earlier is no more valid, and does not pep us any more. We start talking/thinking about the problem. Rather than thinking of solutions to our problems we make an anthill out of our problems. Try to think of the effect of laughter you had the previous evening. That effect could help you come up with solutions to your problems.

Don't Worry Be Happy....

So, next time when you see a problem in your life, just raise your head and try to laugh senselessly. This senseless feeling will make your head feel lighter. It will raise the oxygen levels in our body and give you an insight to the solution of your problem.

Aha! the effect of Laughter!

Don't Worry Be Happy!!

I laugh all the time... I laugh my heart out...that is the first thing my friends tell me when they haven't seen me in a while...' I missed your laughter'... laughter releases the endorphin's or those chemicals that makes us feel good... laugh away...laugh all you can. Have a joyful day . Peace!
