   Cosmetic dentistry is an umbrella term for a range of dental treatments, of which such treatment is not considered 'general' dental treatment. This is treatment that sets out to enhance the aesthetics of your smile, rather than merely maintaining oral health.
   
   So, things like braces such as Invisalign and the Inman Aligner would be considered part of cosmetic dentistry. There are also things like Veneers which are a thin material that sits on the front of your teeth to improve their appearance; Lumineers are very similar to Veneers but of a thinner material; dental implants can be used to replace missing teeth and restore functionality to the mouth in terms of speaking and eating; Teeth whitening does what the name suggests.
   
   And there are many more. Cosmetic dentistry can be expensive though but if you are looking to improve your confidence then there are some great treatments to choose from.
