Morning Toilet Reading

Ok guys, I’m not going to lie about this, best toilet reading material is something I wanted to write about for a long time but didn’t have the opportunity, but I’m in the 30 for 30 Hub Challenge and everything goes, so I will get this topic off my chest and off my mind straight into the sewer. Also I have to admit this topic and this title was given to me about a year ago by a fellow on Squidoo, he thought it was hilarious, me too, but he sure wasn’t going to write it, so I said I will. Now it’s time to keep my promise and write an interesting piece on the best toilet reading material.

What Type of reading Material to Choose?

We won’t get specific, well, not for now. Let’s first discuss the types of reading material that is most commonly used when going to the toilet. Thought of the day:

- Reading in the toilet was actually the highlight of my day; I never knew reading could be so productive!

Guess who said this! Anyway the first thing that came to my mind was that I am not wasting my time, I am actually learning while on the toilet, now that is inspiring and I noticed that my concentration is on a whole new level, but this is something that needs to happen naturally, so don’t force it. Back to the types of reading material that are best suited for the toilet.

In my book, or should I say toilet, there are three types of reading material commonly used. The first one, preferred by my father, are newspapers. Now this is rather good thinking, what better place to read something you don’t like and don’t want to read? When I hear something about the politics that makes me sick I instantly have an urge to go to the toilet, so this saves a lot of time and effort, plus you never know, you might get a kick out of it! Also, it is the perfect place to read about your team losing an important game, there are bunch of different reasons to use newspapers as toilet reading material, won’t state the obvious one, you guessed it!

Number two toilet reading material are books, novels etc. I never actually understood this one, well, not that I didn’t understand it, but it was simply not my cup of tea. I guess people want to take time and enjoy their hard labor, at the same time they want to catch up on their reading. Did you know that some people can only find the time to read in the bathroom? That is why they spend 2-3 hours a day in there. There are people that go into the bathroom to read, that is their idea, that is their goal, that is what they want to do. They don’t go in to do what they are supposed to, they go in to read!

The last is my type of toilet reading material, cartoons. Now I always loved reading funny cartoons when in the toilet, it makes my work much easier, I let go of the stress and some other things in the process. Going to the toilet can be fun people, just think about it. What best way to relieve all the tension than by laughing your ass off, in this case literally?

You Probably Think There is Something Wrong With Me! Hm…

Nope, there is nothing wrong with me, I actually do this much less than other people, and I’m sure some of you will recognize yourself in one of the three above mentioned rituals. Just to make something clear, I use my toilet reading material for reading, not for wiping!

Anyway, this was a really offbeat Hub, but I’m glad I did it, it was pouring out of me, I wrote this in less than 10 minutes. So, what is your favorite best of the best toilet reading material?
