KEVIN COSTNER
Mr. Costner through his company Ocean Therapy Solutions has developed machines used for skimming oil from the ocean surface with his patent. These specialized skimmers which are on contract leased by the government would be used to clean up oil spills from tankers or more recently broken oil lines that leak tonnes of oil into the ocean. Had these machines been available during the crisis in the gulf of Mexico it most likely would have never reached the shore.
