Tony Taylor -- Actor/Musician/Model

In simple words he is a man that has been tested through life like myself. Tony is an actor, musician, composer that has played detective roles with so much character.

We met a local Restaurant in Northern New Jersey. The man has a cool personality and can swag it, as he might say. He was kind enough to travel from Staten Island and enjoy a delicious dinner with me. He will be featured on our next filming project along with other actors.

It was a nice afternoon of May. By 4 p.m.we were having a cool conversation. To my surprise, he had been exposed to similar tribulations from life. Some were so personal that we could make a movie out of real events.

Joseph, you don't play, man! I'm so full! Thanks for the invitation!

You are welcome Tony! When did you start this in this business career? Was this a need, a hobby or a call at a later age?

Let me see Joey. I went through changes in my life like I told you. I guess it was at the end of 2009. I feel like it was a call and need!

Let's make it more original; If you ever get a call from Eddy Murphy for a sequel to "another 48 hrs," "Big Momma" or a new feature film, which one would you accept first and why? Or you just go with the flow?

48hours would be great, because I would enjoy doing a police role

Are YOU very religious or you have your own religion. Is there really a God up there?

I'm not religious; I'm in relationship with God! Religion brings confusion and division. Yes, there is a God!!

Have you ever thought of directing a feature film of your own??

I think it would be matter of time, but yes, brother! You just see it in the long run. Good question my friend!

Yeah brother, LET'S ROCK for you on this 2013!! I have seen different projects coming your way, through your Facebook page. Do you think actors need to go the extra mile to find work?

Yes indeed! Competition is in high demand. Don't depend only on others. You make it HAPPEN!!

Do you think families are not as close as we used to be, back then? Do we blame technology?

Yes, no one takes time to have a dinner on the table. And yes, I blame technology to a certain point; could b yes and no

We must monitor our own blood, our OWN children and teach them balance.

Your best performance that gave you REWARDING satisfactions?

Mainly detective and cop roles. Is just a thing... I feel like justice needs to be done!

Who do you admire as an actor? Any actress?

Denziel Washington and Halle Berry

Talking about the love of playing those detective characters? Is it in the family?

I would say no; actually that was my first indepentent movie role I auditioned for and got casted

Hollywood or Bollywood? which way are you heading?

TO be honest man, I would love both!!

Me too Tony. Your opinion of minorities getting important roles in Hollywood. Is it just a fad of the moment? Are we here to stay?

You are working with Gary Springer and his Wannabe reality show and his America's Extreme Talent show Auditions. Are you guys auditioning already?

Yes, Gary and I finally met on May 24th and 25th for the auditions in Staten Island, my home town and City.
