Someone thinks they are so BIG a star that they own the name "Lindsay" and is suing the makers of the E-Trade Babies Milk-aholic commercial shown during this year's Super Bowl for 100 million dollars.

to be honest, i didn't even think that baby was supposed to be lindsey lohan until this lawsuit was brought up.  i just assumed it was baby with the name happening to be lindsey.  however, i guess i was wrong.  hmm

She is wasting her time. However, I love those E-Trade commercials.

Haha never seen an e-trade commercial before, but I am tempted to go invest with them now just because that made me laugh!

have never heard of lindsay lohan being called milkaholic, and I thnik in this case, with the babies and all, milkaholic is a rather obviosu pun.

It's a shame lindsay lohan is so screwed up, when she is looking normal she is actually quite pretty!

Oli, if the temptation wins, Im an e-trade aff, feel free to hit me up for the most recent and best starting promotions.

But more seriously, the shame lies in the legal counsel who convinced the "milkaholic" that this was a winnable and worthwhile suit.

i assume they get paid either way ..but Lohan gets the "aholic" added to her name with greater frequency..I was unaware of her seedier side, Im not a gossip watcher but wacky legal suits reach a wider audience

poorly played by her PR staff

Lindsay needs to take a long hike off a short ledge.

Wow, see?  She got her "first name recognition" after all.

My husband's daughter's name is Lindsey and she's a year older then Lohan so she had the name first, should we be suing somebody?

that little baby is cute that says that in the commercial.

I never associated it with anyone.

geez, some of these celebrities are so needy....

She is just doing this probably for attention. E-Trade may benefit a little from this attention as well since I believe this lawsuit is worthless.

What's she done lately?  She probably needs the money... and the publicity.
