10. Noragami

9. Black Bullet
Based on the novel Shiden Ukai Kanzaki and Saki, Black Bullet anime shows a near future where a virus called Gastrea is sweeping the planet. The children born infected have superhuman abilities, and it is from them that the Tendo Civil Security Agency should be responsible for.
8. Kiseijuu: Sei No Kakuritsu (Parasyte)
Commonly known under the name of "Parasyte", is the story of invading parasites that use humans as hosts, while devouring their brains. However, Shinichi Izumi is attacked but the parasite is hosted in one of his hands, leaving intact his brain and creating a bond with the alien. Now both will face other invaders trying to save humanity, and themselves.
7. Fate/Stay Night
Fate/Stay Night has a long history among it's visual novel and subsequent manga adaptations, anime and light novel. However, Unlimited Blade Works (or just UBW) is a series based on the film of the same title, published in 2010. In it we see our favorite spirits again together with Shirou Emiya and Rin Tohsaka.

As usual, we can not miss the mecha anime style, and Aldnoah.Zero is a great example that has appeared in 2014. A war between Earth and Mars that is quite compelling for all fans of space battles and political frames.
