How to Always Be Happy Anytime Anywhere

Updated on December 28, 2016

The world has a growing obsession of earning and making it big. This ongoing trance has led people to forget the real reason to live.

This time, we are focusing on being happy and learning how to find happiness RIGHT where you are, at this VERY moment. Whether you are single or married – have seven kids or none- each of us will go through challenges, trials and really REALLY hard days.

Sometimes life knocks you down and it seems pretty hard to get back to what you once used to be. But how to be happy again ?

Have you ever wondered what it would be like if instead of waking up everyday to work, if you could just think about what makes you happy and do it... Here's a quick review.

To begin with, what is happiness ?

As defined, happiness is a mental or emotional state of well-being defined by positive or pleasant emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy.

Simple rules of staying happy ;

1. Free both your mind and heart from hatred.

Avoid thinking bad of others. People who hate you will always find flaws in you, maybe they will even backbite and try to make your day worse. But that's society. Just be positive and keep your head high. Toxic people tend to judge others, spread negativity, and have a gift for leaving you feeling heavy-hearted and stressed out after being in their presence. Did you that for each minute of anger, you lose 10 seconds of happiness. You can't change how people treat you or what they say about you. All you can do is change how you react to it. Draining negativity from one's mind can be difficult, however meditation sure helps.

2. Free your mind from all sort of worries.

Sometimes we let our daily lives consume us. We let people get to us, we let them determine our moods.

Thinking about your problems won't help you vanish it. Instead wake up and live. Try to be rational. Think positively, be an optimist. Laugh regularly since it decreases stress, gives you a better sleep, boosts your relationships, a natural pain killer, makes you look young and a definite heart disease reducer. That's why if you want to be happy, just be. Nobody can snatch this right from you. Do things which makes you happy.

Try everyday to be a living example of this. So many people worry so much about what other people think about them or say about them, not realizing how they feel about themselves is only thing that matters. You can't control what other people think about you but you are in control of your own thoughts and happiness. So when you start to feel anxiety worrying about others take a moment to stop and say "who cares" and focus back on your goals and being your best person possible.

3. Simply live.

To lead a better happy life just ;

Forgive everyone and anyone, no matter what.

Don't complain. just fix. If you can't, just accept it.

Spend quality of time with your loved ones.

Say thank you often.

Wake up with a smile.

Meditate and exercise.

How would a fit, healthy, happy person behave? If you want to be that, you have to act the part. Fake it 'til you make it!

4. Give more.

Make someone's day by showing off your kindness. Be good so that others can follow your example. Be the change, take actions now. The world needs your contribution of kindness.

5. Expect damn less or nothing at all.

Don't chase people who aren't interested in your decisions. Learn how to offer without having something in return.

Some pursue happiness, others create it. If you believe you can, eventually you will. As it is, happiness is a choice, not a chance.

If it is in your nature to wallow in your sorrows or to obsess over finding one big solution for everything that's got you down in the dumps, try starting with the little things instead.

So live and be happy !

How To Be More Confident:

1.) Stop comparing, stay focused on you.

2.) Relax, Go with the flow and don't stress the little things.

3.) Love yourself. You are a gift, nothing would be the same if you didn't exist.

4.) Be positive and look for the good in every situation.

5.) Do what you love. Life is too short to waste your time doing anything otherwise.
