I received a court order recently issued in the UK, which states that I have 50% access to my...
son. Part of that order gives my ex partner permission to take our son to Canada. Although the order states that I will have access to my son when in Canada, I am concerned that this has not been issued by a Canadian court. I have been advised that I should get the order mirrored through a Canadian court. Is this the case and what is the process for doing so?
Take the order xerox copy crossed to a Lawyer and ask him if you follow the advise given here you may be left with 0% access.
