How to make Breaded Beef Patties
An Original Recipe-Breaded beef patties
Beef patties are just a fast and great tasting way to go. You can make these dozens at a time and store in a bowl inside the freezer and be fresh for a long time. Jamaicans and Puerto Ricans have been making beef patties for 100's of years. It's basically meat enclosed in seasoned flour. You can get beef or chicken beef patties in Spanish restaurants and beef in Jamaican joints.
The following recipe is an original recipe based on beef patties, hence my version. I make it so that the patty's outside is multi-grain and that the inside is a great combination of vegetables, meat, cheese and sauces. This recipe is for the batter used for outside of patty. You choose which meats to put inside before you begin this recipe. (of course) This is my chicken, cheese and broccolli.

Season and cook your chicken as you wish just as long as you don't fry it. Buttered is an option but grilling is best. You can boil in little chunks and season afterward in a pot with the broccoli. Steam your broccoli and cut stalks of the heads and break down the heads into your chicken until they become thousands of little green dots.
Once your meat and broccoli is done then you can go put slices of cheese on your breaded patty. Once your cheese is on then you put meat on the one side of the patty and then fold the other side over. To seal it get a fork and force down on the edges until both sides of patty combine.
To cook
To cook these patties you fry them in a fryer. If you do not have a deep fryer than fry one side at a time. Baking is an option at 375 for 30 minutes
