Chicken Stew
This recipe of mine is so good! You gotta make this soon for yourself and share with family and friends.
Ingredients:
5 De-boned and skinned large chicken breast
1 large white onion
2 stalks of celery
2 bags of vegetables, preferably with carrots, peas, corn, and green beans
4 chicken cubes, you can use low sodium ones
grated black pepper, season to taste
sea salt, season to taste
4 tablespoons of chicken cumin
4 large Idaho potatoes
1 small bag of brown or white rice (rice is optional)
4 tablespoons of crushed garlic from a jar found in the fruit and veg. section
5-6 cups of water
Pour water into pot, put in sea salt, pepper, cumin, garlic, onion, and chicken cubes. Wait 10 mins. then add chicken breast thats cut into small and medium cubes. Wait 15 mins, then add, vegetables, use what you like, but, peas, corn, and carrots are a must for this recipe.
Based on your timing, set your crock pot to the right level of time and heat. Add the potatoes and if you'd like the extra starch, add the brown or white rice last.
Stew and Walla!!!
The best Chicken stew you'll ever taste! Also, a side of potato bread with olive oil based butter will compliment the stew and taste nice together.
Enjoy!
