Ingredients for Brownie
- 6 ounces Butter
- 6 ounces Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 4 ounces Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 ounces Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essecce
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 2 ounces Cooking Chocolate, Melted
- 1/2 cup Hazelnut, Roasted
- 1/2 cup Walnuts
- Ingredients for Icing:
- 50 grams Butter
- 1 1/2 cup Icing Sugar
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- Ingredients for Ganache:
- 4 ounces Chocolate
- 2 tbsp Heavy Cream
- 1 tsp Corn Syrup
Instructions
- In a bowl add butter and sugar. Beat them together until they are creamy.
- In another bowl, add flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Filter them through a sieve.
- Now add eggs, vanilla essence and melted chocolate to the butter and sugar. Beat them together to form a liquid mixture.
- Fold in the dry ingredients in the liquid mixture. Mix them properly making sure no lumps are formed.
- Add walnuts and hazelnuts to the mixture and mix it.
- Pour the entire mixture in a non-stick baking pan. Put it in oven on 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Take out the brownies out of oven and let them cool at room temperature.
- For Icing:
Beat butter, icing sugar and cocoa powder until it form peaks.
- For Ganache:
In a pan add chocolate, heavy cream and corn syrup. Cook it on low heat until the chocolate is melted.
- Now first spread the icing on brownies. Then put chocolate ganache on top of it.
- Cut the brownies into squares. Garnish them with white chocolate chips.
