Easy Yummy No-Bake Cream Pie Recipes

You will be the star of the desert table with these gorgeous, yet scrumptious cream pies that you can custom make easily with your favorite flavors. Here is three melt-in-your-mouth flavors that are truly delightful.
Cannoli Cream Pie
Melt 1/2 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips; spread in 9" shortbread crust; chill 2 minutes. Combine 2 pkgs(3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix and 1 3/4 cups milk until thickened. On medium beat 1 pkg of 8 oz cream cheese 2 minutes. On low beat in pudding and , if desired, 1/4 anise extract. Transfer mixture to crust; chill at least on hour. Pipe 2 cups of whipped cream around edge of pie; sprinkle with 2 Tbs of chopped pistachios and mini chocolate chips. Makes 12 servings
Chocolate Cookies and Cream Pie
Combine 2 pkgs (3.9oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix and 2 cups of milk until thickened. Spread half of pudding in prepared 9" chocolate cookie crumb crust. Chill 10 minutes. Finely crush 8 Oreo cookies; sprinkle over pie. Drizzle 1/2 cup of warm chocolate fudge topping over pie. Chill 10 minutes. Fold 1 1/2 cups of whipped cream into remaining pudding; spread in crust over fudge sauce. Chill 1 hour. Top with 2 cups of whipped cream. Before serving, garnish with Oreo cookies. Makes 12 servings.
Glazed Berry Cream Pie
Combine 1pkg. (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix and 3/4 cup of milk until thickened. Chill 10 minutes. Spread 1/2 cup of strawberry preserves in prepared 9" graham cracker crust; top with vanilla pudding. Pipe 2 cups of whipped cream around the edge of pie. Before serving, mix 1 cup each strawberries, rasberries and blueberries with 2 Tbs. strawberry preserves. Spoon berries into the center of the pie. Makes 12 beautiful servings.
Homemade Whipped Cream
There is nothing like homemade whipped cream, much tastier than the package stuff.
To make two cups of whipped cream, beat 1 cup heavy cream with 2 Tbs. confectioners sugar until soft peaks form. Truly homemade and a delightful compliment to your deserts.
