How To Make Delicious Homemade Peanut Butter Cups

Before you know it Halloween and the Holiday season will be here. But it doesn't have to be the holidays to make and enjoy homemade peanut butter cups. Here we are going to use cup cake papers in a muffin pan. I like these made with crunchy peanut butter but if you want to you can make them out of smooth peanut butter.

I like to make them in decrotive tin foil muffin papers that I place in the muffin pans to make them. This way you can easily give some away as gifts to your friends and family.

Ingredients For Your Homemade Peanut Butter Cups

1. Three Fourths Cup Dark Chocolate Chips.

2. Three Fourths Cup Milk Chocolate Chips.

3. One Small Bar Dark Chocolate ( 5 1/2 Ounce )

4. One Teaspoon Ground Sea Salt.

5. One Half Cup Confectioners Sugar.

6. One And One Half Tablespoons Butter Softened. ( Use Unsalted )

7. One Cup Jiff Crunchy Peanut Butter.

Line 12 Muffin Cups in a muffin pan with the tin foil cup cake or muffin papers.

In a small bowl cream 1/2 of the peanut butter with the butter, sugar and salt and once very well mixed and creamed together set aside.

In a small sauce pan melt the remaining peanut butter and the chocolate over low heat until smooth. Be sure to use only enough heat to melt the ingredients. Keep your heat turned down low for best results.

Now you will want to drop a generous tablespoon of the melted chocolate mixture into the bottom of each tin foil lined muffin cup. Divide the peanut butter mixture over the chocolate. Top each with the remaining chocolate mixture. Set in the refrigerator and let chill until set firmly. You now have some of if not the best homemade peanut butter cups that you'll ever eat in your life. Once you ever make and taste these chilled you won't be able to stop eating them. They are so delicious.

I usually start making these around Halloween and I keep making them right up through to New Years. To me they are one of the best homemade candies that I have ever tasted in my life. Every year I get more and more requests for these delicious homemde peanut butter cups.

I make them in the silver tin foil muffin cups and I put them in decrotive decorated tins and give them for holiday gifts. I usually make quite a few to give out when guests drop in. People just simply love them and they are really easy to make.

Please do us a favor and send the link to this Hub Page to all your family and friends so they can make this delicious homemade candy also. Thanks for reading and shariing.

How To Make Delicious Homemade Peanut Butter Cups

If you love fudge and peanut butter you'll love these delicious homemade peanut butter cups. They are oh so delicious and easy to make. Yes I do have a thing for peanut butter but it really is one of the best things you've ever eaten isn't it. These peanut butter cups are better than any you could ever buy.

We make them every year during the holiday season and once anyone tastes them we end up having people beg for them. Yes they really are that good. In fact some of the best peanut butter and chocolate candy that I've ever eaten in my life. And yes they really are that good. Yes I said it twice but these are just wonderful and I think the best thing you'll ever eat in your life. Every time I make these I give a few away to friends and they are always calling me and begging for more. So I do warn you that they are addictive. But make them. Trust me if you make them once you'll make them again and again.

In order for these to turn out especially well I suggest you visit the candy making section at your local Wal Mart or other Supermarket and purchase the muffin cup liners that are about half the size of normal cup cake papers and made of foil. These will work perfect for making your homemade peanut butter cups.

For Your Homemade Peanut Butter Cups You Will Need.

1. One Cup Smooth Peanut Butter.

2. One Half Cup White Granulated Sugar.

3. One And A Half Cups Regular Chocolate Chips.

4. One Teaspoon Ground Sea Salt.

5. The Above Foil Muffin Cups.Spray the foil cups with vegetable cooking spray.

Microwave half of your chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl until melted and smooth. Be very sure that you do not over cook your chocolate chips. They only need to just melt. They do not need to cook at all. Just cook until they melt.

Use a spoon to fill your muffin cups just slightly to form the bottoms for your homemade peanut butter cups. Place in the freezer until very hard, but do not freeze them hard. Cover with foil while you have them in the freezer.

Now you want to place your peanut butter , sugar , and the salt in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for two minutes and stir smooth. Now fill all your foil muffin cups that have the chocolate bottoms in them almost to the top and place back in the freezer until firm. This will take about thirty minutes.

Now take your remaining chocolate chips and melt them in a microwave safe bowl and stir smooth. Take your foil muffin cups out of the freezer and put a spoonful of the melted chocolate on top of each of the peanut butter centers and then return to the refrigerator overnight before you serve. You have just made some of the best homemade peanut butter cups you will ever eat.

Yes it may take some time doing these but its well worth the effort. I make them for family and friends for the holidays and people just rave about them. They are so delicious. I like to make them and chill them in the refrigerator, and then eat them. Oh man what a taste that is.

To me homemade candy is so delicious especially when you combine chocolate and peanut butter.

This Homemade Peanut Butter Cup Candy Is Easy To Make

Don't be afraid to try this recipe. I do suggest you use tin foil muffin cups for pouring your candy out into. It will come out of the tin foil muffin cups so much easier. I even spray the tin foil muffin cups lightly with vegetable cooking spray before I put the candy into the tin foil cups. This helps the candy to come out so easy.

I like to put my Peanut Butter Cups into the freezer and eat them from there. They taste so very wonderful straight out of the freezer. Try them that way and I bet you'll love them.

And I almost always use Jiff Smooth Peanut Butter to make my Homemade Peanut Butter Cups with. It really is the best candy ever.
