Carbohydrates are very important as a source of energy in a child's breakfast, but a child also needs other nutrition such as protein and calcium to support the growth of muscles, teeth and bones. Cream cheese goes well frosting with many cakes such as strawberry cake and carrot cake. It can be also used as a filling in most pastries and muffins.

 

How to make cream cheese at home

You need 1 liter of milk, boil it then cooled until some degree Celsius before the ninetieth. Add a liter of milk cream and mix till it reaches the pre-boiling point. Put a cup of yogurt as you're stirring rapidly. Melt one teaspoon of the same kind of cheese we want to make in ½ cup iced milk "must be refrigerated" and pour over milk and stir. Pour into sterilized jars and cover immediately. Leave it for 8 hours then store in the fridge.

How to make yogurt at home

Heat 1 liter of milk up to  45oC. Melt 4 tsp of yogurt in half a cup  of milk. Pour over heated milk and stir. Pour in clean cups then arrange them on a tray. Heat your oven to 50oC then switch it off. Place the tray with cups in the oven and leave it for 4 hours. Check the cups, if it thickened, put in fridge, if not leave it for more time till you get the desire thickness then keep in fridge.

How to make ice cream at home

You need1 litre of full cream milk, 2 pounds fresh fruit "Strawberry, mango, raspberry, ..." 1 pack jello of the same flavour, 1 cup sugar. Blend all ingredients in a blender for 5 minutes. Put the mixture in a plastic or glass bowl and freeze. Blend with a hand blinder every 2 hours for 8 hours and place in the freezer again. After 8 hours blend then put in cups and garnish with fresh fruit or jam.
