Easy Mango Cream Dessert!

Ingredients
- 2 Mangoes
- 2 T. Coconut oil
- 2 t. Lemon juice
- 2 T. + 2 t. Agave
- 1 1/2 t. Cardamom
- 1/2 t. Fennel seed
- Pinch Sea salt

- Place coconut oil in dehydrator to melt. Combine mangoes, lemon juice , 2 t. agave, cardamom, fennel, and salt into blender. Blend and you will have about 2 cups puree.
- Pour 1/2 cup portions into dessert cups. You should have about 3 servings depending on the size of the mangoes. Put in freezer to cool. Leave 1/2 cup of puree in the blender and add 2 T. agave and the melted coconut oil. Blend.
- Layer the coconut oil mixture over the darker mango puree in a layer or a design. Garnish with fennel seeds or mint. If using fennel for garnish, it's softer if you let it sit on the cream a bit before serving. Serve well chilled.
