My Grandma's Apple Cake Recipe
Grandma Vicky's Apple Cake
This is a recipe that was given to me by my grandmother. She always baked and cooked from scratch. No processed foods here guys!! She always baked a variety of cakes for the holidays and family birthdays. She was great at learning what your favorite cake was of hers and was sure to have it ready on your special day. Although, this is not my personal favorite of her collection; it does continue to be one of my family's favorites. I hope you guys will take the time to try it.
- 4 eggs; 1 ½ cup sugar; 1 tsp vanilla; beat well

- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- (Add alternately)
- add 3-4 large apples (sliced) (nuts or raisins optional)
- Bake in a rectangular pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour
This is a very easy recipe that your family will love and enjoy! Try using it for birthdays instead of your usual Walmart Cake.
