My Vegan Planet is a brand new vegan recipe website, bringing together a huge number of the best vegan recipes created, tested and improved by Jade Pleming, our experienced vegan and raw foods chef.
So why should you turn vegan? You may think that becoming vegan is an uphill struggle because of all the delicious foods that have to be given up in order to follow the diet properly, however, this is not the case.
I have found that there is a healthy vegan substitution for every single type of food that I had given up when I decided to make the switch to a vegan diet three years ago.
If you are already vegan and are just using the site for the recipes, great! Let me know how you like them! If you are not vegan and are looking for information as well as recipes, you've come to the right place. Everyone who chooses to go vegan does so for different reasons - animal compassion, environmental sustainability, health reasons, etc...
But whatever that reason may be, don't feel overwhelmed by the idea that you have to give up everything you love to eat, because you don't!
