Baked Quesadillas, Quick, & Easy
Quick and easy recipes are what most people are wanting nowaday's, and I really think there is nothing wrong with that .
By using any left overs that remain in your refrigerator you can create a culinary delight plus have plenty of fun while cooking.
For me it was using my left over rotisserie chicken some Mexican hot cheese to make me a quick and easy quesadillas that your friends and family will talk about for weeks.
Now what you want is a bottle of ranch dressing, 1/2 cup of your favorite ranch dressing.
11/4 cups of Mexican style shredded
1/4 cup of canned diced green chilis rinsed and drained
1 cup of your left over rotisserie chicken pulled apart, by using your hand
4 large flour tortillas the 10inch
Preheat ovens at 350 degrees, combine the chicken, cheese dressing, and chilis in a medium bowl. Divide Meat mixture evenly between each tortilla and fold in half.
Place quesadillas on a baking sheet. Bake for 6-12 minutes turn over the quesadillas and bake an additional 6 minutes or until cheese has melted.
