The Neighborhood Tailgating Party
Grab out your cups, Get your ice now fire up the grill football season is coming fast and, on my block, where I live, we have a neighborhood tailgating party. Our neighborhood has been doing this for many years and when we have the tailgating party no locks their doors and everyone is happy to see each other and have a great time young and old.
I am telling you it's family fun and a great community social gathering, but most of all it's a total game day experience. Now when I say it's game time that it is with family and friends a little cold weather and great food that everyone shares in making it turns out to be one really big potluck.
To me it doesn't matter if your food is store brought or you make it yourself it's all about food, fun and family that makes it a total great experience.
It's families. It's fans. It's a community social. It's pre-game, halftime, post-game and more. It's the total game day experience.
When you're having a tailgate party or a big gathering, I think that your food should be easy to handle, something that you can eat right out of your hand without any utensils all you should need is a paper plate or a napkin or two. One of my favorite things to make for a tailgating event is grilled chicken and for this upcoming tailgating I am making grilled chicken drummies.
What is Chicken Drummies
Chicken drummies are the drum stick part of the chicken wing, they have more meat on the drum part than any part of the wing and are very easy to handle while eating. Now what I would like to share with you is my recipe for grilled chicken drummies that I am sure you will love.
